At CoffeeAM, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with every roast and package we ship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our team via email or phone to initiate your return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package back to our roasting facility using a trackable shipping method; please note that shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
